Comments and reports
Comments store a chosen display name, text, article reference, reply relationship and submission time. Approved comments are public; names are not verified identities. Reports store the comment reference, reason and submission time for moderator review. No comment email is collected.
Contact and commercial enquiries
The contact form stores your name, reply email, enquiry type, message and submission time in the private operator inbox. These details are used to respond to the enquiry and are not published or automatically forwarded to suppliers. Avoid including sensitive or confidential information.
Quote requests and supplier referrals
The sourcing form collects name, email, optional phone and organisation, buyer type, delivery location, models, quantity, intended use, requested services, budget range, timeframe, sourcing preference and optional notes. It records your consent wording, a submission reference and receipt time in PHASE’s private inbox. We use this information for manual assessment and contacting you. It is not sent to suppliers or to editorial AI tools automatically. Before any sharing, including with a retailer in China, we identify the proposed recipients, country and information and request separate permission. You may decline an introduction. Do not submit payment details or sensitive personal information.
Newsletter and payments
PHASE / Dispatch email signup is not active. No mailing-list addresses or payment information are collected through those features. A newsletter provider, unsubscribe process and privacy details must be established before signup opens.
Security and hosting
Hosting providers may process basic request and security logs. The application uses a daily hash derived from a request IP address for short-lived form rate limits; entries older than two days are removed during subsequent submissions. Raw IP addresses are not stored in the form database.
Analytics and tracking
PHASE has not added an analytics or advertising-tracking product. Pages with the Unitree market chart load a third-party TradingView widget. Your browser connects to TradingView, which receives technical information such as your IP address and browser details and may use its own cookies or storage under its privacy policy (https://www.tradingview.com/privacy-policy/). PHASE does not send newsletter, comment or contact-form records to the widget. You can block third-party scripts and use the external chart link instead. Future analytics or advertising technologies will require updated disclosures before activation.
Access and retention
Public reading and commenting do not require an account. Operator access uses a private access code, a long-lived essential access cookie (up to 400 days; the browser may clear it earlier), and ChatGPT sign-in with a server-side permission check. Access attempts are rate-limited using a daily salted network-address hash; these security counters are removed after two days when the access endpoint is used. Published comments remain until removed; inbox messages and reports remain until the operator deletes them when no longer needed. No automatic inbox-retention period is configured. Sourcing briefs follow this same retention policy: the operator deletes them when no longer needed; you can ask for access, correction or deletion through Contact.
Your requests and service providers
Use Contact and select Privacy requests to request access, correction or deletion. The site runs on OpenAI Sites with Cloudflare-backed hosting and storage; providers may process data outside your country.
Private editorial processing
When the operator enables Editorial Studio, prompts, selected source material and draft text are sent to the configured OpenAI API project to assist research and drafting; image prompts may also be sent. Background API responses use provider storage so interrupted work can be retrieved. Article drafts, job records, usage metadata and image files are stored privately by PHASE. Visitor comments and contact messages are not included in generation requests. No generation occurs until the operator supplies credentials and a budget.
PHASE Connect / membership and privacy
Public Connect questions and approved experience replies can be read without an account. Posting, replying, following and saving require Sign in with ChatGPT and a PHASE profile. PHASE stores the site-specific sign-in identifier, private account email, chosen public nickname, account status and consent version. Your ChatGPT name is not automatically used as your public nickname. Essential sign-in cookies are managed by the hosting platform; PHASE does not create a separate password.
Public help and private matching
You explicitly choose the visibility of each request. Public requests publish your nickname, submitted text and the machine, equipment, version, region, category and other context you choose to include, after editorial review. Do not submit serial numbers, credentials, sensitive personal data, exact home addresses or confidential information. Editing returns a contribution to review. Previously viewed or copied public content cannot be recalled.
Private requests are restricted to you and PHASE editors until you explicitly allow a named directory provider, with its listed location shown, to view the request inside PHASE. Only active representatives approved by an editor can use that access. The permission wording and time are saved. Revocation prevents further access but cannot undo information already viewed. Your account email and saved My Robots list are not shared with providers. No private enquiry is automatically published or sent externally.
Replies, activity and notifications
Public experience replies are separate from private commercial conversations. A private conversation is accessible only to the request author, active approved representatives of that specific provider and PHASE editors, subject to access to the underlying request. Other members and other providers cannot read it. All posts and responses enter review before publication or delivery. We store follows, bookmarks, one-per-account issue acknowledgements and in-app notifications. Activity lists and notification records are private. Counts of issue acknowledgements may appear on the relevant request; member identities behind the count are not listed.
There is no Connect email notification service, mailing-list signup, tracking product, payment service or file upload. Check your account for updates. Existing private enquiry forms remain available without ChatGPT sign-in.
My Robots and Field Notes
My Robots privately stores the label, model, edition and software version you enter. Selecting a saved robot copies only its model and version into a new request for you to check before submitting. It does not share the saved record or keep that request automatically synchronised. A Field Note is a separate, optional public account of an outcome. Only its submitted text and your nickname are published after your explicit choice and editorial review; the original request keeps its original visibility.
Moderation and provider applications
Provider applications save the selected company, your submitted evidence and the editorial decision privately. Approval establishes permission to represent that company on Connect, not manufacturer authorisation, service quality certification or a PHASE partnership. Reports and moderation actions are restricted to editors. Active-account status and permissions are checked on the server. Banning prevents participation and hides the member’s public contributions. Account-based daily limits help control spam; expired limit counters are removed during later activity.
Access, correction, deletion and retention
In your account you can change your public nickname, edit or delete your contributions, manage saved robots, cancel follows and saves, and delete your PHASE profile. Deleting a profile removes its sign-in association, nickname, email, saved robots, activity, applications and the member’s contribution text. Minimal disconnected record identifiers and editorial action history remain to maintain thread integrity and accountability; they do not contain the deleted profile’s email or contribution text. Content quoted by other members is not automatically removed. Copies already viewed cannot be recalled. Existing contact and procurement enquiries are separate records.
For other access, correction or deletion requests, including quoted information, moderation records or an inaccessible account, use Contact and select Privacy requests. There is no automatic retention deadline: records remain until removed by you or an editor when no longer needed. The site’s existing hosting and cross-border processing disclosures also apply to Connect. No customer information is sent to a provider or subscribed to marketing automatically.
